Tickets can be purchased on-site at the ticket office with a €10¹ surcharge on the online ticket price. Due to the limited capacity, an advanced online booking is recommended.
Overnight guests can get their best price tickets at the hotel receptions.

| Limitation of Europa-Park tickets and vouchers The German regular limitation period applies: undated tickets and voucher tickets are valid for a further three full years from the date of purchase, until the end of the year. Free tickets can only be used during the specified season. After the specified season has ended, the free tickets are no longer valid and cannot be used. |
Special rates for guests with disabilities
The price online, as well as at the ticket office, can vary depending on the day you visit - however, when purchased in combination with an overnight stay, you always benefit from the Best-Price-Guarantee. Please bring the corresponding disability card, if you purchase a ticket at a special rate.
Special rates for guests with disabilities aged 4 to 15 year |
- Tickets for guests with disabilities aged 4 to 15 are only available on-site, and can be purchased at the information office at the main entrance.
- Please book tickets for your accompanying persons in advance at europapark.de/tickets or get the best price in combination with an overnight stay at europapark.de/reservation.
- If there is no more availability on the day, admission of young guests with disabilities can still be guaranteed as long as the accompanying persons have tickets booked in advance.

Accompanying persons of guests with disabilities
- Tickets for accompanying persons must be purchased in advance. If the disabled person's disability ID indicates that an accompanying person is required, the accompanying person will receive their ticket at the special rate. Admission at the special rate will be granted on presentation of the relevant proof on site.
- Please book the tickets for the accompanying person(s) in advance at tickets.europapark.de or in combination with an overnight stay at europapark.de/booking. If the accompanying person is entitled to admission at a special rate (note on the disability ID), please enter a corresponding note in the comments field at the end of the hotel booking process.
Guests with visual impairments from 4 years (blindness)
Proof of disability with corresponding indication of blindness required.
- The reduced admission price of €35.00 (day ticket) is granted on presentation of a valid disability ID.
- The ResortPass Gold is also available for €215.00¹ and the ResortPass Silver for €135.00¹ at a reduced rate.
- Tickets for guests with visual impairments (blindness) are only available on site at the information office at the main entrance and at the reception desks in the Europa-Park hotels and at the Camp Resort. It is possible to reserve the tickets in combination with a stay in the hotels or at the Camp Resort in advance by calling +49 7822 860 5679.
- For guests with visual impairments (blindness), ticket purchase on site and admission to Europa-Park is guaranteed even on days that are already sold out.
Guests in wheelchairs from 4 years with partial paralysis (see paraplegia)
Proof of disability with corresponding indication required. Applies to guests who are permanently dependent on a wheelchair and whose upper body is functional from the lumbar spine upwards.
- The reduced admission price of €35.00 (day ticket) is granted on presentation of a valid disability ID.
- The ResortPass Gold is also available for €215.00¹ and the ResortPass Silver for €135.00¹ at a reduced rate.
- Tickets for guests in wheelchairs (paraplegics) are only available on site at the information office at the main entrance and for hotel guests at the reception desks in the Europa-Park hotels and at the Camp Resort. - Free admission, no ticket required.
- Free admission is granted upon presentation of valid proof of disability at the information office at the main entrance and for hotel guests at the reception desks in the Europa-Park Hotels and Camp Resort.
- Admission to Europa-Park is guaranteed for guests in wheelchairs (tetraplegics) even on days that are already sold out.
Tickets without a specific date must be dated before visiting at europapark.de/exchange. When dating your tickets, you may be charged a surcharge if the valid admission price at that time is higher than the purchase price of the tickets. This will be displayed during the ticket conversion. If the tickets are not dated at admissions check, entry to Europa-Park cannot be guaranteed. A service fee of €10¹ per ticket applies to for subsequent on-site dating. Please note the expiry date of tickets and vouchers.
Parking facilities
Visitor car park
Visitors can park in the visitors car park all day for a charge €10.00¹. Parking tickets can be purchased in advance from the ticket shop. To the ticket shop
Date specific parking ticket
The parking ticket is dated and only valid on the selected day of visit (subsequent exchange and refund excluded).
As the holder of the ticket, you may only use the Europa-Park visitor car park with your vehicle. This ticket does not entitle you to use the 'Reserved Parking' car park at the main entrance. Please do not take a parking ticket from the parking ticket machines, the code on this ticket contains all the information you need to enter and exit the car park.
Please note:
The rules and signs of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply in the car park. In order to ensure trouble-free traffic, the instructions of our employees in the car parks must be strictly observed. Only park your vehicle in the designated parking area. If you do not park your vehicle properly and traffic is obstructed as a result, Europa-Park will be forced to have the vehicle towed away. The costs for this will be borne by the vehicle owner. Further information can be found in the Europa-Park car park regulations.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station
There are 86 charging points available throughout the Europa-Park Resort, 6 of which are fast-charging points.
Europa-Park:

Reserved VIP car park at the main entrance: 2 charging points

It is not possible to reserve charging points in advance.
With direct payment (scanning the QR code at the respective charging station), billing takes place directly via our cooperation partner Badenova. The price is displayed on the home screen as soon as you have scanned the QR code. No blocking fees are charged.
If you pay with your personal charging card, you will be billed by your charging card provider. The costs and any blocking fees depend on your respective charging card provider and cannot be influenced by us.
Reserved parking: directly at the main entrance
The ‘Reserved Parking’ carpark is located directly at the main entrance to Europa-Park. For a fee of €25.00¹ (in advance in the ticket shop) or €29.00¹ (on site on the day of your visit), you can park comfortably in a reserved parking space. Parking pass for guests with disabilities
Designated parking spaces for guests with disabilities can be found in the front part of the visitor car park. Guests with visual impairments and guests that use wheelchairs will receive a free, dated parking ticket from the information desk at the main entrance upon presentation of the corresponding disability ID.
Kiss + Ride: max. 20 minutes
Park for 20 minutes free of charge in the reserved parking carpark.
In the ‘Reserved Parking’ area, directly at the main entrance, you can park for 20 minutes free of charge. This can be used to drop of passengers or to pick up your friends or family.
Motorcycles and bicycles
Free parking spaces are available for motorcyclists and cyclists in the ‘Reserved Parking’ carpark (at the main entrance to Europa-Park and accessible via the entrance to the car park).
Camper vans and mobile homes
Day visitors arriving with a motorhome or caravan longer than 5.50 m are kindly requested to use the 'Day camper' car park instead of the visitors' car park. The 'Day Camper' car park is located directly at the Europa-Park Camping. Please ask a member of staff on site at the campsite barrier when you arrive.
The parking fee of €15 must be paid at a member of staff on site. Reservation of the parking space is not necessary as a day visitor. Earliest entry is from 8am and you must leave the parking space one hour after park closing at the latest.
Please note: If you would like to stay overnight with your mobile home/caravan, please reserve your overnight stay online as usual at reservations.europapark.de.

Hotel guests
Hotel guests at the Europa-Park Resort are able to park free of charge in the respective parking spaces of their accommodation.
