In summer, the extensive outdoor area attracts visitors of all ages to Rulantica. The 22,000 square metre outdoor area offers splashy water attractions, sandy beaches with sunbathing areas and plenty of slides.

The eye-catcher of the outdoor area is the Nordic outdoor world of slides Svalgurok with ten slides and over 100 play options. Next door, Snorri Strand provides adventurous fun, especially for the youngest visitors to the water world, with slides suitable for children, water games and an interactive play corner. Snorri's Dune on the sandy beach is also a great place to relax and build sandcastles. In Frigg Temple, cooling off is not only guaranteed in the pool, but also at the swim-up bar, and Dynstrønd attracts visitors with its wonderfully fine sand, sun loungers and a beach volleyball court. An absolute highlight on hot days is the interactive water carousel Tønnevirvel: here, passengers have a refreshing water fight with oversized water spray guns.
