Free tickets, voucher tickets and tickets from previous seasons

Tickets without a specific date must be dated before visiting at europapark.de/exchange. When dating your tickets, you may be charged a surcharge if the valid admission price at that time is higher than the purchase price of the tickets. This will be displayed during the ticket conversion.

If the tickets are not dated at admissions check, entry to the water world cannot be guaranteed. A service fee of €6¹ per ticket applies to for subsequent on-site dating.
