Scandinavian Sauna Week

During the Scandinavian Sauna Week from 15. to 23. February 2025, Hyggedal will be offering even more relaxation. Guests aged 18+ can enjoy the Nordic art of sweating in the relaxation and sauna area of the Rulantica water world all day long, when our sauna masters will present various sauna rituals.

Sauna-goers experience pure relaxation in Hyggedal with a wide range of infusions. While Nordic-themed infusions ensure the well-being of guests in the ‘stor’ sauna, a beer infusion, among other things, brings sweat-inducing pleasure in the ‘KOTA Sauna Chalet’. Highlights include the Viking infusion with mead or the Wenik infusion with birch branches. The pampering programme is perfectly rounded off with a variety of scrubs from salt to sugar in the ‘Damp Huset’ and refreshing algae and chocolate face masks in the ‘lille’ sauna.
