ResortPass Gold

Validity - 1 year full of fun and action

The ResortPass Gold is valid for one year. You are able to choose the validity period of your ResortPass yourself: When purchasing your ResortPass online in the ticket shop, you can enter the desired start date, which must be within the next 14 days.

Tip for spontaneous visits: Entre today's date as the starting date when purchasing the ResortPass, reserve your date in the ResortPass Portal and enjoy your first adventure!

Entry to Europa-Park

With the Europa-Park ResortPass Gold you get unrestricted entry to Europa-Park on all opening days. When booking, you can individually select a start date for your ResortPass Gold, as long as it is within the following 14 days.

Prior reservation of the visiting dates is required as a day guest. This can be done easily via the new ResortPass portal in the Mack International ticket shop. With the ResortPass Gold you can reserve up to five visiting days at the same time and look forward to adventurous days at Europa-Park.

The reservation of your Europa-Park visit is already included in your hotel, Camp Resort or Europa-Park Camping reservation and your ResortPass Gold has automatically been activated for the duration of your stay (subject to the validity period of your ResortPass).

Entry to the Rulantica water world

As a ResortPass Gold owner, you will receive two day tickets to visit the Rulantica water world, which can be used during the term of your ResortPass. You can freely choose your Rulantica visiting days (subject to availability). Advance reservation of the visiting dates is required for both day and overnight guests and can be done conveniently up to 90 days prior to the visiting date via the ResortPass portal in the Mack International ticket shop.

Tip: While you are using your included tickets, you can park for free in the Rulantica car park with the optional ParkingPass.

Access to our partner theme parks

As a ResortPass owner, you will not only get to enjoy the world of the Europa-Park Resort, you’ll also enjoy free or discounted entry to our partner theme parks. Please note that free entry is available once per park during the term of your ResortPass.

Prior registration with our partner theme parks is not necessary. You will be granted free or reduced entry upon presentation of your ResortPass.

With your ResortPass you can visit the following parks for free:

Efteling (Netherlands)
Pleasure Beach Resort (England)
Liseberg (Sweden)
Port Aventura Park (Spain)
Isla Magica (Spain)
Emerald Park (Ireland)

In addition, Plopsaland De Panne (Belgium), Plopsaqua De Panne (Belgium), Plopsa Station Antwerp (Belgium), Plopsa Indoor Hasselt (Belgium), Plopsa Coo Ardennes (Belgium), Plopsaqua Landen-Hannut (Belgium), Holiday Park Germany and Plospa Indoor Coevorden (Netherlands) will each give you a one-off 40% discount on the regular admission price on presentation of your ResortPass at the ticket office.

Special promotions and discounted prices at our events

Exclusively for our ResortPass owners, we offer special promotions and special prices at selected events. Information on the current offers can be found online in the ResortPass Portal.

Reduced admission prices for the evening cinema

At the evening cinema, you benefit from reduced admission prices. We’ll give you a €2¹ discount on every visit. Reserve your ticket in advance online (to the website). Upon presentation of your ResortPass, you will receive the discount at the cinema box office at the main entrance of Europa-Park.

Please note that the discount can only be granted to the ResortPass owner themselves. Accompanying persons who do not have a ResortPass pay the regular admission price for the evening cinema.

VEEJOY – The Europa-Park Resort at home

As a ResortPass owner, you have free access to plenty of premium content on our streaming platform VEEJOY, so you are always well entertained at home. Simply log in with your MackOne account and start streaming. To VEEJOY

MackOne Account & ResortPass Portal

Your ResortPass is automatically linked to your MackOne account. The MackOne account is a free service from the Europa-Park Resort. You can use your account to log into the Europa-Park online shop, the Mack International ticket shop and the Europa-Park & Rulantica app, as well as to manage your bookings.

Alternatively, you can also use the exclusive ResortPass portal: Simply log in to the Mack International ticket shop with your MackOne account and open the ResortPass Portal. Book additional advantages and see when the validity period of your ResortPass will end.

Digital use

You can use your ResortPass with the Europa-Park & Rulantica app, with your smartphone wallet and with the VirtualLine.

Europa-Park & Rulantica App
Open the free Europa-Park & Rulantica app and log in with your MackOne account. Your annual passes are automatically displayed in the app and can be accessed individually. This way, you can keep track of all the details and benefits to enjoy at Europa-Park.

Smart phone wallet
As an alternative to the app, you can also store your annual passes in your smartphone wallet: You can add your ResortPass to the wallet using the ResortPass portal or in the MackOne account.

VirtualLine
Log into the Europa-Park & Rulantica app with your MackOne account and use your ResortPass for the VirtualLine.

Always with you - your printed card

Your ResortPass Gold is automatically stored digitally in your MackOne account. You will also receive a printed card free of charge, which will be sent to your home by post. In addition, the ResortPass Gold can be used via the Europa-Park & Rulantica app (our tip!) or added to the smartphone wallet.

Due to the exclusivity of this offer, the ResortPass Gold has limited availability.

If the ResortPass Gold is not available, the ResortPass Gold for guests with disabilities (4 to 15 years) can still be purchased at the information office at the main entrance, provided the parents already have a valid ResortPass.

To the ticket shop

If you purchase a ResortPass on site, you will only receive a provisional ResortPass. The provisional ResortPass can be used as an entry ticket to Europa-Park on the day of purchase. After the visit, the provisional ResortPass must be connected with your free MackOne account via the Mack International ticket shop. Only once the provisional ResortPass has been connected with your MackOne account will you be able to use all the benefits of your ResortPass, such as free Europa-Park visits (after prior online reservation), as well as free access to plenty of VEEJOY premium content.

Guests with visual impairments from 4 years (blindness)

Proof of disability with corresponding indication of blindness required.

The reduced ResortPass Gold for the amount of €215.00 is granted upon presentation of a valid disability ID.
The ResortPass Gold for guests with visual impairments (blindness) is only available on site at the information office at the main entrance and at the reception desks in the Europa-Park hotels and at the Camp Resort.

Guests in wheelchairs from 4 years (paraplegia)

Proof of disability with corresponding note required. Only applies to guests with paraplegia who are permanently dependent on a wheelchair.

The reduced ResortPass Gold for the amount of €215.00 is granted upon presentation of a valid disability ID.
The ResortPass Gold for guests in wheelchairs (paraplegics) is only available on site at the information office at the main entrance and for hotel guests at the reception desks in the Europa-Park hotels and at the Camp Resort.

Guests in wheelchairs (quadriplegia)

Proof of disability with corresponding note required. Only applies to guests with tetraplegia (paralysis of both arms and both legs) who are permanently dependent on a wheelchair.

Free admission, no ResortPass required.
Free admission is granted upon presentation of valid proof of disability at the information office at the main entrance and for hotel guests at the reception desks in the Europa-Park Hotels and Camp Resort.

ParkingPass - exclusively for you!

We offer the ParkingPass exclusively for ResortPass owners.

With the ParkingPass, you can park free of charge in the Europa-Park visitor car park during the opening times of the park. The validity period of the ParkingPass is connected to the validity period of your corresponding ResortPass.

The ParkingPass can be booked in the ticket shop for €39.00¹ as an add-on to your ResortPass.

Adding the ParkingPass at a later point is only possible on site at Europa-Park. It is therefore best to add it straightaway online.

Please note that the ParkingPass can only be booked by ResortPass owners aged 18 and over, and that its validity is linked to the term of your ResortPass.

As a ResortPass Gold owner, you can also park for free in the Rulantica car park with the ParkingPass while you use your two included day tickets to immerse yourself in the water world.

Please note that the ParkingPass is non-transferrable and is only valid in conjunction with the respective ResortPass. The ParkingPass does not entitle you to free parking in the hotel car parks.

Day visitors, who arrive with a camper van or mobile home, can park on the car park 'Day Camper' at the Europa-Park Camping. Please contact a member of staff when arriving at the barrier at the campsite. The parking fee can be paid at a member of staff on site. The fixed day rate is valid from 8am until 1 hour after park closing. As a day visitor, reserving the parking space is not possible. Please note: If you would like to stay overnight with your camper can or mobile home, please reserve your stay online as usual.
