My ResortPass expires soon. Can I still extend it, even if the ResortPass is currently sold out? Generally, ResortPass holders have the opportunity to extend their ResortPass even if the ResortPass is currently sold out. Each ResortPass holder will be notified about a potential extension before the respective expirey date. The ResortPass will not be extended automatically. |
Can I exchange my provisional ResortPass for a full ResortPass, even if it is currently sold out? If you already have a provisional ResortPass, you can still connect it with your MackOne account and make it into a full ResortPass. |

Which alternatives can I use when the ResortPass is sold out? Unfortunately, we cannot offer an alternative to the ResortPass. Can I give the ResortPass as a gift? Due to the elements of personalisation (incl. photo), the ResortPass cannot be given as a gift. Please note that the stored personal data at the time of purchase cannot be changed afterwards. A later transfer to other people or other MackOne accounts is also not possible. |
Can I add EMOTIONS credit to my ResortPass and pay with it? It is not possible to use the ResortPass as a means of payment on site. Existing EMOTIONS cards can be used independently of the ResortPass. |

There is a limited availability for the ResortPass. How can I be sure that everyone will get a ResortPass? If a child reaches the age of four during the ResortPass validity period of the parents, a ResortPass for the child can be purchased on site (at the information desk at the main entrance of Europa-Park, at the hotel entrance in Spain and at the Guest Relation Desk of Rulantica), even if there is no general availability. You must present an identification document in order to benefit from this special arrangement. The regulation only applies to children who reach the age of four during the ResortPass period of their parents. The parents' valid ResortPass annual tickets must also be presented. If you are considering a staggered purchase for different reasons and the availability is exhausted in the meantime, unfortunately no further ResortPasses can be purchased. Please understand that in this case, the ResortPass cannot be bought on site, by telephone or email. |
Can I freely choose the start date or does the validity period of the ResortPass start immediately? The ResortPass is valid for one year. You can choose the validity period yourself. You can enter the starting date for your ResortPass in the Mack International ticket shop when you purchase it. The date must be within 14 days of the purchase of your ResortPass. Can I use my EMOTIONS Card as a payment method? Can I give an EMOTIONS Card as a present, that can then be used to purchase a ResortPass? The ResortPass is a digital product and can be purchased online in the Mack International ticket shop. When purchasing a ResortPass, you can use an EMOTIONS gift card (with pin) for payment. Please note, that a maximum of five gift cards can be used per purchase in the Mack International ticket shop. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase a provisional ResortPass on site, at the information office at the main entrance and at all information offices throughout Europa-Park, on all ticket offices at the main entrance, at the hotel receptions and in Rulantica, which can be paid for with an EMOTIONS Card. The provisional ResortPass can be used as an entry ticket to Europa-Park on the day of purchase. I still have vouchers for annual passes from 2020. How can I redeem them? Can I still redeem them if the ResortPass is unavailable? The ResortPass is a digital product and can be purchased online in the Mack International ticket shop. Redeeming Clubcard vouchers is not possible in this instance. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase a provisional ResortPass on site, at the information office at the main entrance and at all information offices throughout Europa-Park, on all ticket offices at the main entrance, at the hotel receptions and in Rulantica, for which you can redeem your Clubcard voucher. Please note, that the remaining balance for a ResortPass must be paid. If the ResortPass is unavailable, redeeming a Clubcard voucher is also not possible. I can't make reservations on the ResortPass portal after purchase. Why not? Reservations can only be made from the start date of the ResortPass. The start date is based on the start date of the annual pass selected when purchasing. No reservations can be made in the ResortPass portal before that. Tip: You can also make your reservation yourself on the day you want to visit. So if you would like to visit Europa-Park on the first day your ResortPass is valid, book shortly before you arrive. |

How do I extend my ResortPass? You can easily extend your ResortPass online in the ResortPass Portal, before it expires. An extension is possible within the last 14 days of the validity period of your annual pass. The new validity period will begin seamlessly. All owners of a MackOne account with a ResortPass annual pass will be informed about the possibility to extend 30 days prior to the end of the current validity period. |
How can I extend my ResortPass? As an owner of a MackOne account with a ResortPass annual pass, you will be informed about the possibility to extend or re-activate your ResortPass 30 days prior to the end of the current validity period. Upgrading from a ResortPass Silver to a ResortPass Gold is possible only subject to availability. If the ResortPass Gold is unavailable at the time of extension, you will not be able to upgrade. Can I choose a start date for the extension? The extension is seamless. The new validity period continues directly from the current one. If your validity period ends on 17.05.2023, for example, the new validity period will begin on 18.05.2023 and you can continue to use your ResortPass without disruption. |
We have a ResortPass for children at the special rate. How can I extend this pass? The ResortPass for children at the special rate cannot be extended or re-activated online. This can only be done on site at the information office at the main entrance. If you change the rate from special rate children to special rate adults/children/adults, you can extend or re-activate your pass in the ResortPass Portal. |
Where can I extend or re-activate my ResortPass? You can conveniently extend or re-activate your ResortPass online. Extending or re-activating on site is not possible. The only exception is the ResortPass for children at the special rate. This can be purchased on site. What can I do if my ResortPass has expired and hasn't been extended?
If your ResortPass has expired, you can re-activate it in the ResortPass Portal. The re-activation is possible within two years from the end of the validity period. The start date of the new validity period can be up to two 14 days in the future. Re-activating your ResortPass is subject to availability. If one or both of the products are unavailable, re-activating may only be possible with the available product, or not at all. |

I have extended or re-activated a ResortPass Silver. Where can I see the min. 230 pre-defined visiting dates? The ResortPass Silver is not valid on all opening days of Europa-Park. All opening days on which you can visit Europa-Park free of charge with your ResortPass Silver can be found in the ResortPass Silver overview. The ResortPass Silver gives you access to Europa-Park as a day guest on more than 230 opening days per year defined by us in advance. Please note that the opening days for the ResortPass Silver are redefined every year and may differ from the previous year. As an overnight guest in one of our themed hotels, the Camp Resort or at Europa-Park Camping, you also receive unlimited access to Europa-Park on all overnight days. |
What happens if there is no availability of the ResortPass Silver or Gold at the time of re-activation? We have extended/re-activated our ResortPass and it seems the validity period is shorter than the last one. A ResortPass is generally valid for 366 days. If you bought your ResortPass on 01.06.2022, you can use all the services and benefits of your ResortPass up to and including 01.06.2023. As 2024 is a leap year, the start and end dates of your ResortPass are not identical to the previous validity period. But even in a leap year, you can experience the great world of the Europa-Park Resort for 366 days. |
Can I continue to use my physical ResortPass card after I have extended or re-activated my annual pass? Will I receive a new physical card if I choose the ResortPass Gold? Can I transfer my ResortPass to another person during extension or re-activation so that someone else can use my ResortPass? The ResortPass is a personalised product and therefore non-transferable. I have a technical issue during the extension process. What can I do? In this case, please email us at info@resort-pass.de. In order to be able to help you as best as possible, we ask you to inform us of the affected MackOne account, the ResortPass ID and a description of the error that is as precise as possible. This will enable our team to check the error quickly and get in touch with you. |
The extension or re-activation process was interrupted and I was unable to successfully extend or re-activate my ResortPass. Now the button for the extension or re-activation is no longer available. What can I do? If the booking process is cancelled after the shopping basket step, the extension or re-activation is blocked for approx. one hour. After one hour, the extension or re-activation should be possible again. If you are still unable to do so after more than one hour, please contact info@resort-pass.de. |
Can I already reserve and book all services and benefits (day reservations, benefit tickets, cinema visits, etc.) of my extended, new validity period during my current validity period? No, unfortunately this is not possible. All services and advantages will be available to you from the start date of the new validity period. Further, you will also no longer be able to access any benefits and services of the previous validity period, once the end date has passed. |
How do I extend or re-activate my ParkingPass? I have not yet had a ParkingPass, can I add one when I extend or re-activate? I had a ParkingPass but don't want one for the new validity period. Is this possible? As part of the extension and re-activation, you are free to choose whether you want to add a ParkingPass. It is not important whether you have already used the ParkingPass in the previous validity period. If you decide to add the ParkingPass, you can park as usual free of charge in the visitor carpark during Europa-Park's opening hours. Owners of the ResortPass Gold can also park for free in the water world car park when redeeming the included Rulantica tickets. Please note that the ParkingPass is non-transferable and only valid in conjunction with the selected ResortPass. |
Can I extend or re-activate only one ResortPass annual pass if I have several ResortPass annual passes in my account? If you have several ResortPass annual passes with different validity periods in your MackOne account, you can extend or re-activate them individually depending on the validity period. However, the extension and re-activation options are subject to availability at that time. If you have multiple ResortPass annual passes that can be extended or re-activated at the same time, you can do the extensions or re-activations one at a time, add them to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. |
What do I have to do if I don't want to extend or re-activate my ResortPass? In this case, you do not need to take any action. After the end date of the validity period has passed, your ResortPass will be shown as expired in the ResortPass Portal. From this point on, you are no longer entitled to free day admission to Europa-Park and, if applicable, Rulantica, as well as to other ResortPass benefits. Unused exclusive benefits of the current validity period expire after expiry of the ResortPass validity. Do I have to reserve each of my Europa-Park visiting days? Every visit to the Europa-Park Resort must be reserved online in advance. As a day guest, the dated reservation can be made via the ResortPass portal resort-pass.de in the Mack International ticket shop - you can reserve up to 5 visit dates at the same time. The number of simultaneously bookable visiting dates are the same for ResortPass Silver and Gold holders. As an overnight guest at the Europa-Park Resort, we’ll take care of the reservation for you. Your visit to Europa-Park will already be included in the reservation for your overnight stay, for all days of your stay, during the opening hours of the park, provided these fall within the validity period of your ResortPass. As a ResortPass Gold owner, please note that your Rulantica reservations must be made via the ResortPass Portal. This applies to day guests as well as Europa-Park Resort hotel guests. |

Do all services expire when my ResortPass expires? All benefits can only be used during the active validity period of your ResortPass Silver or ResortPass Gold. Can I give my Rulantica tickets to someone else? The included day tickets for the Rulantica water world are - just like the ResortPass itself - non-transferrable. All benefits and services included in the ResortPass can only be used by you as the ResortPass holder. |
What are the restrictions on using my Rulantica tickets? You can flexibly use your Rulantica day tickets during the term of your ResortPass. Depending on availability, you can freely choose the days you visit Rulantica. Please note, however, that you can only use your tickets if there is still availability for your desired date in the Mack International ticket shop. Prior reservation of the visiting date is required for both day and overnight guests. This can be done conveniently via the ResortPass portal in the Mack International ticket shop. |

As a ResortPass Gold owner, can I also book additional offers for Rulantica using the ResortPass portal? The booking of additional offers such as Komfort Sofas, Beach Island, Snorri Snorkling VR etc. is not possible via the ResortPass portal. You are welcome to book these on-site if available. |
I accidentally reserved a wrong date. Can I cancel or change it? Free reservations can be cancelled any time in the Mack International ticket shop, under 'Reservations/Cancellations'. Once you have cancelled the date, you can reserve the correct date. Please note, that tickets can only be cancelled online. Cancelling via phone or email is not possible. |
Will the ParkingPass be linked to my ResortPass? The ParkingPass is an add-on to your ResortPass. Its validity is tied to the associated ResortPass and is not transferable to other ResortPass annual passes, even within a MackOne account. |
Can I purchase a ParkingPass later? We recommend that you directly book your ParkingPass as an add-on when booking your ResortPass. If you want to purchase it at a later point, you can only buy it at the 'Information office at the Tower' in Europa-Park. Please note that the validity of the ParkingPass is linked to your ResortPass and that the minimum age for purchasing a ParkingPass is 18 years. |
I'm arriving with my caravan. Where can I park and is the parking fee included in my ParkingPass? Daily rates (from 8am to 1 hour after park closing): Without ParkingPass: €15.00¹ per day The parking fee must be paid at a member of staff on site. Can I also park in the Rulantica car park with the ParkingPass? As a ResortPass Gold holder, you can also park for free in the Rulantica car park when using the two included Rulantica visits. As a ResortPass Silver holder, your ParkingPass is not valid for parking in the Rulantica car park. If you are visiting Rulantica as part of a ResortPass special offer, event or with a regular ticket, your ParkingPass will not be valid. |

For earlier entry, please contact the staff in the foyer and ideally present your accommodation reservation on-site. |

You can make a free reservation for the same day online at resort-pass.de, as long as your five simultaneous Europa-Park reservations haven't already been used for other visiting days.
