Report a lost item Lost and Found Rulantica

Please note the following information:

We will contact you as soon as possible, whether we were able to find your item or not. In general, lost items will not be kept longer than six months.

If the item is found, you can choose between the following options:

1. Your lost property will be sent to you as an insured DHL package. Costs for this are independent of the size and weight of the parcel:

• Germany: € 10.00
• Europe-wide: 20,00 €

We will discuss the payment modalities with you when we contact you.

2. You collect the lost property yourself in Rulantica by arrangement.
If your item is found, you will be given a reference number. Please give this number when you visit Rulantica.
