Thank you for taking part in our questionnaire. You will help us improve our service this way.

To say thank you we raffle a dreamful stay for up to 4 people in Rulantica, including one night in one of our 4* themed hotels, breakfast, and 1 day-ticket for the water world. We look forward to your visit, and already wish you the most memorable stay you have yet to experience.

Terms and Conditions

You can participate from 15.01.2025 until 20.01.2026 at 2pm. The date cannot be changed. The winner will be drawn from all valid entries. The prize draw takes place on 21.01.2026. The winner will be notified by email. The email will state a 3-week deadline. Should the winner not reply within this time, the prize will be drawn again. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded, no cash substitution will be given.

Employees of Europa-Park and any associated company, including their family, are excluded from the prize draw. Additionally, automated entries via third party services or software are also excluded.

Experience the Nordic Festival of Lights until 21. March and take advantage of reduced admission on selected dates, e.g. a day ticket for visitors aged 12+ for just €35.50¹.
