Little is known about the reserved brothers Eckbert and Kaspar Eulenstein, who joined the Adventure Club of Europe in 1817. They are said to have successfully flown the first controllable flying object, the ‘Volatus II’, even before the Wright brothers. Professor Andrej Nikolajew was able to prove this by restoring the Voletarium, the Eulensteins' secret laboratory. It was officially opened at the summer festival at Europa-Park.
From 04.11.2024 until 12.01.2025, Europa-Park will be open from 11am.
