Questions and answers about the Europa-Park Dinner-Show

| How long does the event last? The event has a duration of nearly 4 hours |
| Is there a dress code? We ask guests to dress appropriately for the occasion (casual smart). |
| Can I also visit the Europa-Park Dinner-Show as a wheelchair user? Yes, you can also visit our dinner show as a wheelchair user. We kindly ask you to inform us about this when making your booking. |
| Where can I park? You can park in the Europa-Park visitors car park for a fee. The parking fee of €10.00 has to be paid at the machine. Follow the path to the Europa-Park main entrance and keep to the right so that you will reach the lions. |
| How do I get to the location as a hotel guest? 'El Andaluz'/ 'Castillo Alcazar'/ 'Santa Isabel'/ 'Colosseo': If you are a hotel guest and would like to use the transfer from your hotel to the Europa-Park Dinner-Show, please go to the 'Estación Hotel Resort' stop and take the EP-Express to the 'Haupteingang Alexanderplatz' (main entrance) stop. The entrance to the Europa-Park Dinner-Show is located in front of the main entrance of Europa-Park on the right-hand side between the lions. After the event, the EP-Express will take you back to the Europa-Park themed hotels. It departs every 15 minutes from 11.30pm. 'Krønasår': If you are a guest at 'Krønasår – The Museum-Hotel' and would like to use the transfer to the Europa-Park Dinner-Show, please take the Hotel Shuttle Resort. It departs from 4pm to the stop Main Entrance Europa-Park - Evening Events. Exit the shuttle there. The entrance to the Europa-Park Dinner-Show is located in front of the main entrance of Europa-Park on the right-hand side between the lions. The Hotel Shuttle Resort will take you back to 'Krønasår – The Museum-Hotel' after the event. Last departure from the main entrance of Europa-Park - Evening Events is at 1.15am. Bell Rock: If you are a guest of hotel 'Bell Rock' and would like to use the transfer to the Europa-Park Dinner-Show, please take the Hotel Shuttle Resort. It departs from 4.12pm to the stop Main Entrance Europa-Park - Evening Events. Exit the shuttle there. The entrance to the Europa-Park Dinner-Show is located in front of the main entrance of Europa-Park on the right-hand side between the lions. The Hotel Resort Shuttle will take you back to the 'Bell Rock' after the event. Last departure from the main entrance of Europa-Park - Evening Events is at 00.55am. |
| Where does the aperitif take place? The aperitif will take place at the beginning in the Ballroom Berlin. |
| Where will the Europa-Park Dinner-Show take place? This year's dinner show will take place at Europa-Park Teatro. |
| Where is the entrance to the event? You will find the entrance to the Ballroom Berlin by the lion to the right of the main entrance of Europa-Park. |
| What's for dinner? You can find the menu on our menu page. |
| Where is the smoking area located? The smoking area is signposted and is located outside the Europa-Park Teatro. |
| May I take photos or film during the show? Photos and recordings may be taken, but we kindly ask you to refrain from using the flash, as this distracts the artists and can lead to accidents. |
| What means of payment are accepted on site? You can pay with cash as well as EC or credit card. |
| Can I exchange or cancel my ticket? Tickets are excluded from exchange and refund. If the event is cancelled by Europa-Park or the authorities, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket amount you have paid in full ( optionally voucher or refund). |
| Is there a cloakroom? Yes, the use of the supervised cloakroom is included in the ticket. We kindly ask you to leave your jackets, coats, etc. at the free cloakroom. |
| Will I be informed if the event does not take place? If the event is cancelled by Europa-Park or the authorities, you will be informed immediately via e-mail. |
