FAQ Camp Resort

Generally, full payment must be made at least four days prior to arrival*. If you do not wish to pay at the time of booking, a credit card is required as a guarantee.

If the Europa-Park Camp Resort has not received full payment for your booking four days prior to arrival, your booking will be charged to your credit card as a security deposit. Payment can then be made on site using an alternative method of payment (Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher, EMOTIONS card or cash) or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, payment will only be authorised if it is received at least 14 days before arrival. The credit card authorisation will be cancelled after payment has been made on arrival using an alternative method of payment. If neither payment nor a valid credit card is received three days prior to arrival, the Europa-Park Camp Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The following payment methods are accepted for bookings: Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Postfinance, iDeal and Bancontact. 

*Please note that for special offers (restricted rate) and bookings made at short notice (three days or less prior to arrival), payment is required at the time of booking.

The accommodation at the Camp Resort is available from 3pm. Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

The noise curfew starts at midnight on the Europa-Park Camp Resort.

The Rust Street Festival is taking place this year from 05.09. until 07.09.2025. Please be aware that there might be a higher level of noise during this weekend until late into the night. 

All accommodation has a light, a power socket and WiFi. The mattresses have bed linen and a pillow is provided. All accommodation is heated.

Electrical equipment: Due to safety reasons we kindly ask you to refrain from using electrical equipment (except small devices such as chargers, beard trimmers). Should you need to use electrical equipment, please contact our team at reception before doing so.

The Covered Wagons and Log Cabins are equipped with bunk beds. For safety reasons, children must be a minimum age of 6 years to sleep in the upper bunk bed. There is no age limit for the lower bed. Children aged under 6 sleep in the upper bed at their own risk.

The modern facilities are located in a separate building on site.

No, unfortunately towels or sleeping bags are not available for rent.

Covered wagons and tepees cannot be locked. Only the wooden covered wagons, komfort covered wagon wood and log cabins can be locked.

The luggage room is available to all guests. Keys can be found at the Camp Resort reception. Also, a number of lockers is available on site.

Yes, sanitary facilities for guests with disabilities are also available.

Pets are not allowed at the Camp Resort.

Pets are allowed in the Camp Resort with prior booking and at a charge of €13.00¹/day (no food included). Pets are not allowed in the catering areas.

The stay can be changed, converted into a voucher (print@home) or cancelled up to three days prior to arrival. The statutory cancellation periods apply. Excluded are restricted rates, event tickets, group rates and New Year's Eve packages. To the online form
