We look forward to welcoming you – whether you are staying overnight, visiting our wellness and spa facilities, or enjoying our many restaurants, cafés and bars. Our Europa-Park Hotel Resort is one of the largest hotel resorts in Europe. More than 400 employees in the six 4* (Superior) hotels, the Tipi Town with log cabins, tipi tents, Western Houses and covered wagons, as well as the Europa-Park Caravaning and the Europa-Park Camping, have only one goal: to make your stay with us as unforgettable as possible.

Tip: It is best to book with us directly online, so you can benefit from many benefits and enjoy the largest selection of room categories - even without a credit card!

Useful Information for Your Stay

Opening Times, Check-in and Check-out

Arrival is possible daily (excl. 24th/25th December):

  • Hotels: Rooms available from 3.30pm
  • Tipi Town: Accommodation available from 3pm
  • Caravaning: Pitches available from 12pm
  • Camping: Tent pitches available from 12pm
  • Check-out by 11am

Europa-Park is open during the summer season 2025 from 22.03.2025 until 02.11.2025, daily from 9am until 6pm (longer opening times during the summer months).

In HALLOWinter 2025, Europa-Park is open daily from 03.11.2025 until 28.11.2025 from 11am to 7pm.

In the winter season 2025/2026, Europa-Park is open daily from 29.11.2025 to 18.01.2026 from 11am until at least 7pm (excl. 24/25th December 2025).

The Rulantica water world is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (31.12. from 10am - 7pm) excl. 24/25th December.

Size of the Bunk Beds

Please note that the bunk beds in the themed hotels have the following sizes:

  • 'Santa Isabel' are only suitable for persons up to a body height of 1.75 meters: 90 x 175cm
  • 'Bell Rock':
    90 x 200cm (suites in the lighthouse: 70 x 190cm; 80 x 190cm; 90 x 200cm)
  • 'Krønasår': 90 x 200cm
  • 'Colosseo': 90 x 190cm
  • 'Castillo Alcazar': 90 x 200cm
  • 'El Andaluz': 90 x 200cm
  • At the Tipi Town: 80 x 200cm (except in the tipi tents and Winnetou's Honeymoon Suite)

Allergies

Do you suffer from an allergy and need hypoallergenic bedding? We will be happy to supply your booked room with appropriate bedding, all that is required is a note when booking. At the hotels, you will find all rooms (except suites) are already equipped with hypoallergenic bedding. At the Tipi Town, the Comfort covered wagons, Western Houses and the Honeymoon Suite are equipped with hypoallergenic bedding.

Payment Methods
  • The reception desks accept the usual credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards as well as our Europa-Park 'Emotions' gift card as payment methods, in addition to cash.
  • Cashless payment is possible in all Europa-Park shops. Most restaurants and snack bars accept payment by debit card, credit card as well as our Europa-Park 'Emotions' gift card.
  • Overnight guests may also exchange the following currencies at the reception desks at the daily rate: CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, NOK, SEK, USD.

Here is how to easily get to us!

The six themed hotels are located between Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world. The Silver Lake City is located directly opposite the main entrance to Europa-Park.


A shuttle bus runs between the hotel ‘Krønasår’ and the other hotels.
