90-minute workout for a healthy body and mind
Do you want to improve your health, strengthen your body and mind and improve your general well-being? At the Rulantica water world, you now have the opportunity to do this several times a week!
At a room temperature of 40°C, guests aged 16+ can enjoy a sweat-inducing 90-minute workout with our yoga instructor. The workout optimises general fitness, strengthens the back and spine, cleanses pores and skin and improves general well-being. A total of 26 exercises - known as asanas - not only make yoga professionals sweat, but are also suitable for beginners.
The hot yoga classes take place in the Stillhet Loft area (Nordiskturn, 2nd floor) and are held in English. Light catering is provided on site.
Please also note the following information:
- A 90-minute workout at 40°C is demanding - stamina is required.
- The instructor must be informed of any health problems before the start of the course.
- Hot yoga is not suitable for pregnant women.
- It is recommended that you do not eat anything two to three hours before the start of the course.
