House Rules at Tipi Town

Dear Tipi Town guests,
We are pleased to welcome you to the Europa-Park Tipi Town. Even at the first glance, it immediately becomes clear that everyone will feel like Winnetou and Old Shatterhand here.

In order to make the stay as pleasant and trouble-free as possible for all adventurers, we kindly ask you to observe the following instructions:

1. Please always go to the reception first before entering the site, even if you only want to visit the site for a short period of time.
2. Cleanliness is very important to us. That’s why we would like to ask you to leave the sanitary facilities in the same condition as you would like to find them. Young children have to be accompanied by an adult to enter the sanitary facilities and/or the toilets. Please use the containers put at your disposal for your waste and recyclable waste.
3. For safety reasons, please only make fire at the indicated fireplaces. Smoking is prohibited in all accommodation!
4. Please respect the tranquillity of other guests and avoid disturbing noises. The volume of your radios and music players should always be adjusted in order not to disturb other guests. At night, you should also avoid loud conversations. Campfires and barbecues have to be put out from 11pm. We ask you to keep quiet from midnight to 7am.
5. You should have completed your departure by 11am.
6. The management is entitled to exercise its property rights. Thus, the management is entitled to expel any person from the site if the management considers that this is in the interest of the other guests.
7. Our employees are instructed to act in accordance with the Youth Protection Act. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are only permitted in accordance with the law. The consumption of illegal drugs and excessive consumption of alcohol by persons of any age will result in a ban from the Silver Lake City. This also applies to medical cannabis products which are suitable for smoking, unless the possession and the need to carry those with you can be proven by a medical note. The consumption of cannabis and cannabis products is not permitted at the Silver Lake City.
8. Fire extinguishers are at your disposal in the red armoires.
9. We do not take responsibility for personal belongings or valuables left in the Tipi Town. Please use our lockers.
10. Due to safety reasons, we kindly ask you not to use any own technical equipment (except small items such as chargers, electric razors). If you have to use any electrical equipment, please contact our reception staff first.
11. Dogs are generally welcome in Tipi Town, with the exception of fighting dogs and dogs classified as dangerous. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times throughout the site. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
