Site Regulations Europa-Park Camping

Dear camping guest,
We are pleased to welcome you to the Europa-Park Camping as our guest. Even at the first glance, it immediately becomes clear that everyone will feel like Winnetou and Old Shatterhand here.

In order to make the stay as pleasant and trouble-free as possible for all Traveller & Adventurer, we kindly ask you to observe the following instructions:

  1. Before you are escorted to your reserved pitch, please check in at reception. There is no entitlement to a booked pitch before noon.
  2. You must drive at walking speed (7 km/h) on the entire site. The highway code applies.
  3. Your pitch will be available until 11am on the day of departure. If you still wish to visit Europa-Park, please enquire at reception whether there are any free spaces in our waiting zone.
  4. Your pitch is for one unit – either a caravan or motor home.
  5. Please take care that no one is endangered or inconvenienced by tent cords, stakes or similar.
  6. Closed, impermeable tarpaulins are not permitted as awning flooring on our pitches.
  7. Please treat the communal facilities with care. They must be left in perfect condition after use.
  8. Open fires and barbecues with direct contact to the ground are prohibited. Barbecues are only allowed in barbecue facilities you have brought with you and in the designated camp fire areas.
  9. Dogs are welcome on our campsite. Please register them when making your reservation. Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the site. The dog owner is responsible for the disposal of their dog's waste. Animals must not be left in non-air-conditioned vehicles when the outside temperature is high. In case of violation, Animal Welfare and the police will be notified immediately.
  10. Entry and exit to the camp is not possible between 11pm and 7am
  11. During the curfew from 12am to 7am, we kindly request that you avoid making noise.
  12. Pursuit of a trade on or from the campsite is prohibited. Exhibitions require a permit.
  13. We attach great importance to cleanliness and order. Please dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish bins provided.
  14. Please use water sparingly and educate your children in this regard. Please also note that children up to the age of six are only allowed to use the sanitary blocks when accompanied by an adult.
  15. You can conveniently dispose of the dirty water from your mobile toilets in the chemical toilet. Please use only sewage treatment plant-friendly additives. Please do not allow wastewater to flow into the rainwater drainage system or seep into the ground. Grey water must be disposed of at the disposal station.
  16. The electricity connections on your pitch are equipped with a residual current circuit breaker (FI). We ask you to unwind the cable drums completely.
  17. For caravans and mobile homes with liquid gas systems, the legally required safety certificate must be available. Gas bottles, even empty ones, may only be transported with the safety flap attached. The responsibility does not lie with the campsite.
  18. We do not accept any liability for damage or loss incurred by the tenants or its visitors. Other liability only applies if there is intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of the landlord or its employees.
  19. Our employees are instructed to act in accordance with the Youth Protection Act. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are only permitted in accordance with the law. The consumption of illegal drugs will result in a ban from the campsite. This also applies to medical cannabis products which are suitable for smoking, unless the possession and the need to carry those with you can be proven by a medical note. The consumption of cannabis and cannabis products is not permitted at the Europa-Park Camping.
  20. The instructions of the camping staff are binding. This applies in particular to the setting up of motor vehicles, caravans, tents or similar. The campsite management is entitled, in the exercise of its domiciliary rights, to refuse to admit persons or to expel them from the campsite if this appears necessary to maintain security and order on the campsite and in the interests of the other camping guests.
  21. Anyone who grossly violates the provisions of the campsite regulations must expect immediate expulsion from the campsite.
