FAQ Overnight Stays
How do I pay for my stay?
Generally, full payment must be made at least four days prior to arrival*.
If you do not wish to pay at the time of booking, a credit card is required as a guarantee.
If the Europa-Park Tipi Town has not received full payment for your booking four days prior to arrival, your booking will be charged to your credit card as a security deposit. Payment can then be made on site using an alternative method of payment (Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher, EMOTIONS card or cash) or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, payment will only be authorised if it is received at least 14 days before arrival. The credit card authorisation will be cancelled after payment has been made on arrival using an alternative method of payment.
If neither payment nor a valid credit card is received three days prior to arrival,
the Europa-Park Tipi Town reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The following payment methods are accepted for bookings: Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Postfinance, iDeal and Bancontact.
*Please note that for special offers (restricted rate) and bookings made at short notice (three days or less prior to arrival), payment is required at the time of booking.
When can the accommodation be accessed?
The accommodation in Tipi Town is available from 3pm. Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
When does the noise curfew start?
The noise curfew starts at midnight in Tipi Town.
The Rust Street Festival is taking place this year from 05.09. until 07.09.2025. Please be aware that there might be a higher level of noise during this weekend until late into the night.
What is the accommodation equipped with?
All accommodation has a light, a power socket and WiFi. The mattresses have bed linen and a pillow is provided. All accommodation is heated.
Electrical equipment: Due to safety reasons we kindly ask you to refrain from using electrical equipment (except small devices such as chargers, beard trimmers). Should you need to use electrical equipment, please contact our team at reception before doing so.
How old does my child need to be to sleep in a bunk bed?
The Covered Wagons and Log Cabins are equipped with bunk beds. For safety reasons, children must be a minimum age of 6 years to sleep in the upper bunk bed. There is no age limit for the lower bed. Children aged under 6 sleep in the upper bed at their own risk.
Is there space to park bicycles?
Yes, bicycle parking is available.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine is available in the washing up facilities.
Where are the sanitary facilities?
The modern facilities are located in a separate building on site.
Are towels and sleeping bags available to rent?
No, unfortunately towels or sleeping bags are not available for rent.
Are the covered wagons and tipis lockable?
Covered wagons and tipis cannot be locked. Only the wooden covered wagons, komfort covered wagon wood and log cabins can be locked.
Is there a place to store personal belongings?
The luggage room is available to all guests. Keys can be found at the Silver Lake City reception. Also, a number of lockers is available on site.
Are the pathways accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, sanitary facilities for guests with disabilities are also available.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in Tipi Town with prior booking and at a charge of €13.00¹/day (no food included). Pets are not allowed in the catering areas.
How can I change or cancel my stay?
The stay can be changed, converted into a voucher (print@home) or cancelled up to three days prior to arrival. The statutory cancellation periods apply. Excluded are restricted rates, event tickets, group rates and New Year's Eve packages. To the online form

FAQ Food and Drinks
Is breakfast provided?
As our overnight guest, you have the option to have breakfast in the Silver Lake Saloon, or to use the 'Bread Roll Service' at the Western Kiosk.
Are table reservations required for dinner at the Silver Lake Saloon?
Yes, table reservations can be placed by calling +49 7822 860 5922, or emailing guestrelations.resort@europapark.de. Tables can also be booked online at europapark.de/table-reservation, as well as in the Europa-Park Hotel app.
Is there a supermarket close by?
The town of Rust offers a range of grocery stores. These are approximately a 20-minute walk away. A Western Kiosk with snacks and beverages is located in the Tipi Town area. The Pharma machine offers useful supplies for minor emergencies as well as handy utensils such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and tissues.
Can the BBQ areas be booked?
The BBQ areas are available for all overnight guests of Tipi Town and can’t be booked. You can purchase a BBQ package in advance on our homepage.
Is there a refrigerator in Tipi Town?
There is a refrigerator in the luggage room which is available for all guests of Tipi Town to use (subject to availability).
