Tips of the tribe´s sages

Arrival: You can set up your cosy camp from 3pm.

Barbecue areas: After an exciting day on the prairie, you are welcome to prepare your own meals with the help of our wood at the barbecue areas. These are available from 5pm.

Car park: A car park is available at Silver Lake City.

Check-Out/Departure: On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to pack your saddlebags by 11am and to vacate the tent pitches.

Doctor: If you need a doctor, please contact the reception or use the emergency phone from 10pm to 7am. The Pharma machine offers useful supplies for minor emergencies as well as handy utensils such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and tissues (s. site map).  

Drinks machines: If you happen to be thirsty, use our drinks machines in the neighbouring building in the direction of Europa-Park Camping (s. site map).

Emergency: In case of emergency (such as an accident, injury, nighttime disturbance, fire), please inform the reception immediately or use the emergency phone from 10pm to 7am (s. site map) or dial the emergency number +49 7822 77-6110. For the fire assembly point, please see the map here.

Kiosk: Drugstore articles and souvenirs are available at our kiosk. The opening times are displayed on the notice board. 

Lost and found: Have you lost an item at Europa-Park Caravaning, Camping, in Tipi Town or at Europa-Park? Please direct your inquiry to the lost and found office Europa-Park. If you have lost something in the Europa-Park hotels (rooms, restaurants, bars), in the Wellness & Spa areas, at YULLBE or Eatrenalin, please use the following form: europapark.de/lostandfound-hotels. If you have lost an item at Rulantica, please send an email to fundbuero@rulantica.de. If you have found something yourself, please be so kind to drop it off at reception. Thank you!

Mail: You can give your stamped postcards to the sages of our tribe and they will send it far away by stagecoach.

Nature Centre Rheinauen: The ‘Taubergießen’ is a nature reserve which delights its visitors with rare flora and fauna. The Nature Centre Rheinauen proposes numerous possibilities for individuals, families, groups and school groups to discover this natural idyll in an educational way. Reception: from 7am to 10pm

In case of emergency, please use the emergency telephone outside of reception opening hours (s. site map).

Silver Lake Saloon:
Breakfast: from 7am to 10am

In the evening, the saloon is open from 5.30pm until 11.30pm. As our cook Jack has to take care of the horses, he will close his kitchen at 10.30pm. 

Times may change during HALLOWinter and the Winter season. 

Playground: For our children, there is a playground next to the diner station with a climbing train, slides and bull riding.

Photo point: Here, for a fee, you can capture the most beautiful Western-style vacation with your loved ones.
You will find the photo point right next to the barbecue area. 

Rulantica: The water park is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (except 24/25 December). You can take the Rust bus to Rulantica. It departs daily, every 30 minutes from 8am to 10.30pm on its route through Rust (see timetable). 
Alternatively, if you have booked your Rulantica ticket in conjunction with your stay at Silver Lake City, you can park your car free of charge in the Rulantica car park. Please keep your Rulantica admission ticket safe. This entitles you to park in the Rulantica car park free of charge on the day of your visit and opens the exit barrier. You can find more information at rulantica.com.

Shopping: If your supply begins to lack, Rust ‘Old Town’ has plenty of stores where you can buy everything you need.

Swimming lake: Feel like cooling off? The natural swimming lake of the community of Rust is just a 10-minute walk away. Leave Silver Lake City and head towards the sports field. Then turn left and follow the road.

Tourist tax: On behalf of the town of Rust we are obliged to collect a tourist tax of €1 per adult/night (aged 12+). Enjoy further benefits during your stay in Rust. You can get your personal guest card at the reception on request, with the visitor's tax.

WiFi: Free internet access at Silver Lake City – Quick and convenient: connect to the Europa-Park Resort hot spot, accept Ts & Cs, and surf away.
