Ammolite is a rare and valuable opal-like organic gemstone; for it to form several factors have had to appear at the same time in the same place. That is why Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant is a unique experience for all the senses, perfectly combining ambience, atmosphere, variety, and quality. Chef, Peter Hagen-Wiest, captures every gourmet's heart with his international cuisine that doesn’t lose touch with regional fare, and restaurant manager, Marco Gerlach, will select the perfect wines to complement any meal. Since November 2014 the Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant has held two Michelin stars - the first theme park restaurant worldwide to do so. We are excited to have created a special place offering gourmet cuisine in a unique interior which makes the perfect setting for special events and extraordinary guests.
