Rodizio is the expression of the Brazilian way of life and an important part of the country's cuisine. A speciality where different types of meat are prepared on large skewers on an open barbecue according to an old gaucho recipe.

In addition to extensive salads, stews and fish, there is a balanced vegetarian and partly vegan selection of delicacies on the buffet. Sweet dreams from Andalusia and Spanish cheese variations round off the evening.
