The Sala Santa Isabel restaurant combines monastic and Mediterranean ambience to create a fascinating epicurean experience. Enjoy an exclusive evening buffet with specialities from the lava stone grill and other delicacies that are refined with the herbs and spices from our monastery garden.

In addition, the hot and cold gourmet buffet will spoil you with Mediterranean delicacies.
The selection ranges from cold to warm tapas and a rich salad buffet to fish and meat specialities. For dessert, there are sweet dreams from our own patisserie and an exquisite selection of cheeses with fig mustard and salted almonds.
